Our Story

Dabbl’ was created because corporate life hasn’t kept up with real life.

For decades, businesses were built around full-time roles designed for a different era.

Today, that model doesn’t always make sense, for companies or for the people doing the work.

We’re underutilizing one of our most valuable professional assets: experienced, capable moms who want meaningful work that fits alongside real life.

We saw the gap.

A woman and a young girl smiling, sitting together inside. The woman wears a black jacket and the girl is in a denim jacket and a white sweater, with her hair tied back.
A smiling woman and young man sitting on a bench outdoors near a body of water on a sunny day.

Talented, corporate-experienced women were stepping away, not because they lacked skill, but because the structure no longer worked.

At the same time, growing businesses needed smart, flexible support without the overhead of full-time hires.

So we built something different.

Dabbl’ connects forward-thinking businesses with experienced professionals in flexible 5, 10, or 20-hour-per-week roles.

We replace outdated hiring models with modern, adaptable talent solutions that work for both sides.

We’re building the next generation of flexible corporate work.

Our Why

Work was designed for a single-income household. One person worked. One stayed home. Corporate careers were built around that model.

Life has changed. Work hasn’t.

Today, most families rely on two incomes, yet roles remain full-time, Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. When motherhood enters the picture, women are often forced to choose between being present at home or continuing the careers they’ve worked hard to build.

The system no longer fits.

Dabbl’ creates flexible, part-time corporate roles, 5, 10, or 20 hours per week, connecting forward-thinking businesses with experienced moms across Sales, Marketing, IT, HR, Finance, Admin, and Operations.

We’re rewriting the rules of work.
